Custom Orders:

All signs and products are custom-made to order. Due to the personalized nature of our work, all sales are final once production has begun.

Pricing & Deposits:

A deposit is required before production begins. This deposit secures materials, design time, and production scheduling. Remaining balances are due before shipment or delivery unless otherwise agreed upon.

Design Approval:

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all design proofs before production. Rooted Carving Co. is not responsible for errors once final approval has been given.

Artwork & Logos:

By submitting artwork, logos, or designs, you confirm that you own the rights or have permission to use them. Rooted Carving Co. is not responsible for copyright or trademark violations.

Natural Wood Disclaimer:

Wood is a natural material, and variations in grain, color, knots, and texture are part of what makes each piece unique. These natural characteristics are not considered defects.

Timelines:

Estimated timelines are provided in good faith. While we strive to meet deadlines, turnaround times may vary due to project complexity, material availability, or unforeseen circumstances.

Delivery & Shipping:

Customers are responsible for shipping costs. Rooted Carving Co. is not responsible for delays or damage once items are in the possession of a shipping carrier. Delivery is an option that can be arranged within a radius permitted by Rooted Carving Co.

Returns & Refunds:

Due to the custom nature of our products, returns and refunds are not accepted once production has started. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us, and we will work with you to find a fair solution.

Limitation of Liability:

Rooted Carving Co. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use or display of our products.
